Privacy Policy

01 Information we collect

To run pickups and deliveries, we collect:

  • Account details — name, phone number, email and password, collected at sign-up.
  • Location data — your pickup and delivery address, and live device location while placing or tracking an order, so agents can find you.
  • Order information — services booked, item counts, special instructions, order history and pricing.
  • Payment information — handled by our payment processor; Kleanza does not store full card numbers.
  • Device & notification data — device type, app version and a push-notification token (via Firebase Cloud Messaging) used to send order updates.

02 How we use it

  • To schedule pickups, route delivery agents and fulfil your orders.
  • To send order-status updates by push notification, SMS or email.
  • To provide customer support and resolve disputes about an order.
  • To improve service coverage, pricing and turnaround times.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

03 Sharing & disclosure

We share the minimum data needed with:

  • Delivery agents — your name, address and contact number, to complete pickup and delivery.
  • Payment processors — transaction details needed to charge and refund orders.
  • Service providers — including Firebase (Google) for authentication, push notifications and crash diagnostics, and mapping providers for address lookup.
  • Authorities — where required by law, court order or to protect the safety of our users and staff.

We do not sell your personal data.

04 Data retention

We keep account and order records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet tax, accounting and dispute-resolution obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

05 Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, and may withdraw consent for notifications at any time from the app’s Profile settings. Contact us using the details below to exercise these rights.

06 Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls and Firebase Authentication to protect your account. No system is completely secure; please use a strong, unique password and tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

07 Children’s privacy

Kleanza is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children, and will delete any such data we become aware of.

08 Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced in-app before they take effect. The date above shows the last revision.
