Terms of Service

01 Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or booking a pickup through the Kleanza app, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

02 The service

Kleanza connects customers with pickup, cleaning and delivery of laundry, ironing and dry-cleaning items within our active coverage zones. Service availability, pickup windows and turnaround times may vary by location and demand.

03 Your account

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your login credentials confidential. You’re responsible for activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorised use.

04 Orders & pricing

  • Prices shown at booking are estimates; the final amount may change if item counts or services differ from the request once your order is weighed and sorted.
  • You may cancel a pickup free of charge before an agent is assigned; a cancellation fee may apply once an agent is en route.
  • We’ll notify you in-app of any price change before cleaning begins.

05 Payments & refunds

Payment is due on order completion via the methods offered in-app. If an item is lost or damaged due to our error (see Section 6), we will refund or credit the affected item’s cleaning charge and pay the applicable liability amount, whichever your case qualifies for.

06 Garment care & liability

  • We handle every item with care, but cleaning carries inherent risk for garments with pre-existing damage, non-colourfast dyes, embellishments or care-label inaccuracies.
  • Please flag delicate, valuable or previously damaged items at pickup; we may decline to process an item we consider too high-risk.
  • For items lost or damaged due to our negligence, our liability is limited to the lesser of the item’s fair market value or ten times the cleaning charge for that item, unless local law requires otherwise.
  • Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with the order number.

07 Acceptable use

Don’t submit hazardous, illegal or heavily soiled-beyond-cleaning items, misuse the app to harass agents or other users, or attempt to interfere with the service’s normal operation.

08 Termination

You may close your account at any time from Profile settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable.

09 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at our registered place of business.
